Minimum Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay & Benefits: $30-35 (negotiable depending on experience/qualification)
Work Experience: Relevant qualification OR 3 years work experience required.
Key Responsibilities of the role to discuss during interview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the planning and review of office operations to support fencing and scaffolding supply and services, and setting office service standards
- Allocating human resources, space, and equipment to meet both administrative and field support needs
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of office staff
- Managing records, job files, and accounts of the office
- Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, and professionals to coordinate office activities and resolve issues
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies, including field-related documentation tools, are maintained
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations relevant to office and site operations
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, industry regulations, and internal procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision
