You should have at least five years of post-registration nursing experience with contemporary clinical practice, along with demonstrated skills in team leadership and people management.We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and dedicated to clinical excellence and effective teamwork.Flexibility is essential, as this role requires working across a full roster of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.
