Branch Coordinator -Urgently Required

About the role:

• Engaging with customers to ensure effective communication and excellent customer service satisfaction.
• The role requires you to help ensure the equipment is right for the customers project.
• Account Management for all existing customers and cold calling new customers, to achieve new business growth.
• Completing all administration paperwork and providing rates.
• Checking and auditing equipment.
• Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting to Management, you will oversea the branch, providing excellent customer service with phone and email inquiries also servicing customers coming into the branch.

We need a person with the following skills:

• A positive proactive and organised professional, eager to make a meaningful contribution to business growth.
• A keen interest / knowledge of tools and machinery equipment hire.
• Administration experience.
• Full Class 1 Drivers licence
• Current Forklift licence and dangerous goods endorsement would be an advantage.
• Account Management / Customer service experience,
