Working alongside the Acute Care Team Leader, you will maintain a strong clinical presence, provide day to day supervision and mentorship, support service development, and foster a strengths-based approach that keeps whaiora and whānau at the centre of care.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing service while influencing clinical excellence and positive outcomes across the Bay of Plenty.About the Team/Service/LocationThe Acute Care Team is part of the wider Mental Health and Addiction Service, delivering responsive assessment, intervention, and treatment to people experiencing acute mental health distress.
The service includes Crisis, Co-response, Triage, and Home Based Treatment teams, working collaboratively with community services, primary care, emergency services, inpatient units, and other health providers.
