As our business continues to thrive, we're extending our presence throughout the Central North Island, from Auckland and the Coromandel down to Central Plateau. With an expanding array of transportation and water infrastructure initiatives, we're seeking a skilled and adaptable Civil Engineer who can also take on leadership responsibilities.

From concept development to detailed design, implementation, and beyond, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and tertiary qualified Engineer, driven to work as a team and achieve growth. You'll bring a disciplined and proactive approach to your work, coupled with strong commercial acumen and a dedication to providing excellent client service.

Key Attributes:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (CPEng or working towards it preferred).
  • 2-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable about project lifecycle phases, from design to closeout.
  • Ability to contribute to project cost estimation, planning, and asset management.
  • Strong team player with leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Thorough understanding of NZ regulations, codes of practice, and standards.
  • Experience in developing civil infrastructure designs, such as transportation and/or water services.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 12D or other 3D software is advantageous.
  • Experience with NZS3910 contract administration.
