While this is primarily a workshop-based role, there may be an occasional requirement to assist with onsite installation, so previous experience with on-site installation is a bonus, helping you guide your team with a practical understanding of how products are used in the field.

• Strong background in aluminium fabrication and joinery
• Hands-on knowledge of cutting, assembly, sealing, and finishing
• Previous team leadership experience, ideally with 10+ staff
• Familiarity with installation processes (preferred but not essential)
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Confidence in managing production targets, delegating, and problem-solving
• A safety-conscious, reliable, and proactive attitude
