4x4 Parts and Sales Consultant - Tauranga

We’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable person to take on a key role in our 4x4 department.
You’ll be helping customers choose the right gear for their vehicles, preparing quotes, scheduling jobs, managing parts logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to fitting.
About the role:- Selling 4x4 parts and accessories in-store, over the phone, and by email
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Managing website enquiries and online orders
- Coordinating fitting jobs with the fitting team
- Receiving and dispatching goods, including unloading deliveries
- Organising and maintaining the retail store and stock storage areas
- Providing great service and advice to customers
- Has experience in sales
- Has a genuine passion for 4WDs and off-roading
- Knows (or is keen to learn about) 4x4 accessories and fitment options
- Has excellent communication and organisation skills
- Is confident talking to customers and enjoys helping them find what they need
- A friendly, supportive team environment
