Team specifics
Collaborating within a team of six to expedite turnaround of our customers’ orders to market.
Primary Job duties and performance-oriented goals- Meeting daily output KPI’s.
- Accurate picking, packing, invoicing & dispatching orders to customers.
- Replenishing picking bays.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and an orderly warehouse.
- Strong focus on Health and Safety
- This is a physical role requiring a good level of fitness.
- Ability to self-manage, problem solve and bring solutions.
- Proven reliability.
- A good understanding or training on lean warehousing practises / continuous improvement.
- Current F endorsement.
- MPI accreditation or experience.
- Forklift and / or reach truck experience.
Salary range and perks
Will pay above industry norms for good performance.
40 hour week, wages. Optional hours between 7:00 am-3:00pm & 8:00 am – 4:30pm
