About you:- You hold a recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration.
- A warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships.
- You bring a proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical.
- A genuine heart for working with infants and a deep understanding of respectful care practices.
- A deep passion for Te Whariki guides your daily practice and inspires fresh ideas.
- You are confident using digital tools to document learning and keep our community connected.
- Draw on Te Whariki as your base to purposefully plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of each child.
- Celebrate the magic of learning by capturing and sharing high-quality assessments so every child's unique progress can be shared with their whanau.
