Maintenance / Field Service Electrician - Hamilton

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Field Service / Maintenance Electrician to join a family owned business in Hamilton working on a wide range of projects from fuse boxes to solar and everything in between.

• Servicing, maintaining and installing a range of electrical components from lights, appliances & circuits to fuse boxes and everything in between.
• Taking responsibility for troubleshooting / fault finding by using various pieces of testing equipment and then providing solutions to solve issues.
• Ordering any materials needed at the best possible price.
• Being proactive with your time and managing your day in the most efficient way.
• Operating with health & safety and best practice at the front of mind at all times.
• Traveling between various client sites throughout Hamilton and surrounding areas

• NZ Registered Electrician and SiteSafe accreditation are a must.
• Full drivers license.
• 2+ years experience in a maintenance/servicing across commercial & residential.
• You can self-manage with pride in your work and you love to see a job through.
• Great attention to detail and problem solving/fault finding ability.
• Comfortable in front of customers and you know the importance of good customer service.
• Health & Safety conscious.
