Aluminium Joinery Installer

The Role

We're looking for a capable and motivated Aluminium Joinery Installer to support our Lead Installer as part of the Hamilton installation team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a solid background in aluminium joinery, glazing, or general construction who is confident working on-site and eager to contribute to quality workmanship.

You'll work closely under the direction of a Lead Installer, assisting with the installation of aluminium windows and doors while gaining exposure to technical plans and job site coordination.

• Assist with the installation of aluminium windows and doors to NZWindows standards.
• Support the Lead Installer with loading, unloading, and site setup.
• Follow instructions and plans with attention to detail.
• Work safely and efficiently in residential and light commercial settings.
• Maintain a tidy and professional work site.

• Experience in aluminium joinery installation, glazing, or related construction work.
• Able to read and follow basic technical drawings and measurements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items safely.
• Full, clean NZ Driver's Licence preferred.
