This national project management firm has an excellent reputation in the construction market and is known for delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sector. They are a top tier PM consultancy and represent clients on some of the largest and most complex capital investment projects across NZ.
There is now a requirement for a senior project manager with strong vertical build experience.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven experience on a broad range of commercial projects over $20M in value covering such areas as design and consenting, project management, project planning, risk management, cost management, procurement and contract administration and construction management.Specific sector areas of interest include, healthcare, education, industrial and wider commercial.
We are looking for applicants with 10+ years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
Salary between $150K and $160K pending experience.
