Role Summary:**

We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow their careers, willing to learn, work well in a team, maintain a positive attitude, and are ready to get the job done.

Labouring roles will be matched to your experience and skillset. Current projects include work in insulation, demolition, construction, factory operations, and general labouring.

We have full-time and part-time positions available with a range of clients.

**Responsibilities May Include:**
  • Safely move products weighing between 10-30 kilograms.
  • Accurately pack items based on order forms, maintaining strong attention to detail and efficient hand speed.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the processing line to ensure standards are met.
  • Install and handle insulation materials with care and precision.
  • Perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces, following all safety protocols.
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods while maintaining productivity.
  • Settle into a specific department after initial training to build expertise and grow within the industry.
  • Working night shifts.
**Skills & Requirements:**
  • Physically capable of performing manual labour and working in varied conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within team environments
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends and overtime.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operational procedures.
  • Ambitious, coachable, and respectful.
  • Competency with numeracy and literacy, essential for documentation and interaction within a diverse workplace.
