Tractor Driver

• Operate tractors and various farm machinery including ploughs, drills, mowers, sprayers, planters and seeders.
• Carry out routine maintenance and checks on all machinery and other farm implements.
• Assist with sowing, fertilising, harvesting, irrigation, and spraying.
• Perform ground duties such as fencing, weed control, cleaning sheds, and irrigation setup.
• Load/unload materials and assist with general manual labour.
• Support the overall upkeep of the farm and work areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
• Reporting any faults or concerns to the Manager/Owner.
• Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely.

Key Requirements:

• Three years of experience working at agriculture farms/tractor driver.
• Knowledge of road regulations and heavy vehicle operation.
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks, including manual unloading if required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug tests as required by our contractor companies.

• Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
• $30 per hour pay rate.
