Receptionist

This is an office-based role Monday – Friday with set hours (which can be negotiated).
You will be responsible for answering the phones, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, organising catering and other administrative functions as required. There will also be opportunity to support our office manager with a range of office related projects.
We have two Receptionist on our front desk so you will work alongside each other and share responsibilities. Reporting to our Office Manager, who supports the team to thrive and provide opportunities to develop their skills to grow in their careers.This team is part of Grant Thornton NZ’s wider corporate services team made up of our Marketing, Finance, IT and People and Culture teams.
About You- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Practical and professional
- Able to build relationships quickly and have strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Superb organisational and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
