What you’ll be doing:
  • Greet and check in patients with a professional and courteous attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong communication and customer service skill
  • Excellent attention to detail, efficient and good organisational abilities
  • A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to speak Mandarin (must)
  • You must be a New Zealand Citizen/Resident with full working rights
  • Previous experience in a medical or customer service (preferable)
  • Experience with MedTech Evolution Patient Management System (preferable but not essential, training can be provided)
