Here’s what we need from you:

• You will need a minimum of one to two years experience in an outdoor role, ideally in a building or carpentry role, labouring, landscaping, soft scaping, deck building, rural farming, or forestry, would be ideal.
• Experience with residential, construction or rural fencing preferred (not essential).
• You will need more than basic handyman skills, including being skilled at using a variety of power tools and equipment.
• You will need to have a great attitude, work ethic, and be motivated to work efficiently, to quality and safety standards.
• Disciplined to be at work on time each day, out in an honest effort, and be trustworthy.
• We have so much work we have extra work each day and weekends.
• You need to be physically fit, and capable of lifting heavy fencing materials of up to 15 KG.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication with fellow workmates, supervisors, and customers.
• Have a clean full NZ Drivers license. Held a full class 1 and above for 2 years Licence.
