Senior SAP Hybris Developer – 6-Month Contract (Remote role)
Location: New Zealand Fully RemoteDuration: 6 Months (with potential for extension)
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Hybris Developer to join an exciting project with a leading NZ organisation. This role offers remote flexibility across New Zealand.
You will be responsible for hands-on development, unit testing, and supporting upgrade and migration initiatives. This is a key role in a collaborative, agile team environment where your technical expertise and communication skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent coding and unit testing using SAP Hybris
- Participate in scrum meetings and work closely with stakeholders onshore & offshore
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues; perform root cause analysis
- Design and develop medium-complexity modules
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
- Support application deployment and provide post-deployment validation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP Hybris development experience
- Strong understanding of core Hybris modules: product, price, order, backoffice, etc.
- Experience with cloud migration and upgrades of SAP Commerce
- Familiar with Spring framework
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in upgrade and migration projects
Ability to support offshore teams and flexible time zone collaboration
