We have 2 care facilities delivering Rest Home and Hospital Level Care and an Apartment complex delivering 24-hour care.Care is responsive and personal, promoting resident well-being and emotional security. We are looking for -- Caregivers - Permanent full-time (30 hours or more per week)
- Hourly rate is $28.25 per hour plus penal rates on weekends
- You will be required to work a variety of AM, PM, Night and weekend shifts
- Proven experience caring for residents within an aged care environment.
- Minimum NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication with residents, family, staff and visitors.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Assisting with medication administration
- A friendly and positive attitude while demonstrating empathy and excellent customer service.
