- Key Responsibilities:
- Operating forklifts to move and load/unload scrap metal
- Assisting customers with deliveries and drop-offs
- Providing friendly and professional front-line customer service
- Sorting and organizing materials in the yard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
- To be successful, you’ll need:
- A current forklift license (OSH certified)
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a yard or industrial setting
- Strong communication and people skills
- A great attitude and reliability – rain or shine!
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean Criminal Record
