Cleaner/ Food Process Worker

At Dynamix Recruitment, we are currently on the hunt for strong, fit candidates who would be available to start work immediately in Henderson area.

• Monday to Friday
• Times – start between (From 2pm to 8.30pm)

• The Process Worker / Cleaner will rotate between operating machinery, supporting production, and carrying out cleaning and sanitation of plant and equipment, depending on the needs of the shift or department.
• This role involves operating machinery, handling raw materials, and ensuring that production lines run smoothly and safely.
• The Leading Hand plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and meeting production targets, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing facility.
• Ensuring staff understand work instructions and adhere to safe work practices
• The role may include or be exclusively dedicated to cleaning of plant and equipment as needed.

• 2+ years in food manufacturing or warehouse environment
• An experienced plant operator/ Cleaner within the Food manufacturing sector is essential
• Formulation and mixed experience essential
• Counterbalance Fork Hoist License Preferred.
• Experience with chemical handling, external certification training preferred.
