Lead Procurement for MAS's Elevate Transformation

MAS is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and commercial governance for the Elevate programme. You'll optimise supplier value, ensure compliance, and enable the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned to programme objectives
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management
  • Ensure governance and compliance with policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with project leads to integrate procurement with delivery plans
  • Champion continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier relationships

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of strategic procurement experience in complex project/programme environments
  • Proven commercial negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience with procurement frameworks, category management, and governance processes
  • Strong influence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
