Duties include:- Day to Day running of Health clinic Including
- Meet & Greet patients in a professional and timely manner
- General reception desk duties
- Processing of appointments on completion
- General administration duties
- Cleaning
- May include for the right person - Administration cover for Practice Manager
- Sound computer skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Excellent people skills and customer service
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Show a sharp eye for detail
- Able to follow instructions
- MYOB accounts and payroll (an advantage)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
