The Role We're looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our dedicated team as Medical Centre Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key driver of operational excellence and service innovation, ensuring high-quality care for the community we proudly support.
What You'll Bring
You'll have a genuine passion for primary health care and a solid background in managing teams, operations, and financials—ideally within the health sector. Your ability to navigate the evolving healthcare environment, including capitation, enrolments, and reporting, will be essential.As a collaborative and supportive leader, you'll inspire a positive team culture, champion quality improvement, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners—including our Green Cross Health Support Office.
This is a Permanent Full Time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Friday.
What You'll Need- Leadership / Management experience
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong operational and change management capabilities
- Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Confidence working independently and in a team
- Knowledge of Medtech Evolution is a plus but not essential
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a resilient and professional approach
