Operations Assistant / Vehicle Groomer

We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant/ Vehicle Groomer to join our team. This is a full-time position offering an average of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during the busy summer season. The role also requires flexibility to cover occasional shifts, including working every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).

1. Customer Service: Provide outstanding service both over the phone and in person, ensuring customers receive a seamless and positive experience.
2. Administration: Process payments, receipts, branch banking, and handle credits or refunds as required.
3. Vehicle Grooming: Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation for vehicles to ensure they meet customer expectations.
4. Problem Solving: Manage complex or changing information, exercising sound judgment and a solution-oriented approach to resolve any issues that arise.
5. General Operations Support: Assist with various operational tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
