Due to business growth, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Leader to join our busy Hire Centre team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and experience with small motors we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Help supervise the day-to-day operations of the Hire Centre team
- Ensure hire equipment is maintained, serviced, and ready for the next hire
- Take control of all Health and Safety by making sure all H&S requirements
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times
- Support branch management with business development initiatives
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a retail, trade, or hire environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the go
- Excellent mechanical knowledge of small motors
- A customer-first mindset and a team-focused attitude
- Full divers licence
- Excellent computer skills

We are a small team so you will need to be happy working in an environment where everyone pitches in.
You will be required to work one rostered Saturday a month.
