We are a well-established, automotive business seeking a reliable Part-Time Administration Assistant to support our full-time admin manager.

About the Role:

• 30 hours per week to start, with the potential for more hours in the future.
• Flexibility to increase hours when other team members are on leave.
• Assist with a variety of admin duties including invoicing, data entry, customer service, and general office tasks.
• Work closely with our experienced admin manager and the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Prior admin experience is preferred.
• Experience using Xero, MYOB, and Mechanics Desk is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and values being part of a close-knit business.
