Forklift Driver/Yard Person

We're looking for a Yard Person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, customer interaction, and stock management while ensuring a safe and efficient yard environment.

• Providing excellent customer service - Assist clients with inquiries, process orders, and ensure they receive the right products.
• Loading and unloading trucks - Safely handle goods using a forklift and manual lifting techniques.
• Stock management & data entry - Keep accurate inventory records, track stock movements, and assist with stock takes.
• Operating a forklift safely - Follow all health and safety protocols while managing stock movement.
• Keeping the yard organized - Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• A current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• A great attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
