Bakery Assistant/Barista

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Barista/Bakery Assistant to join our team. The role includes making quality coffees, assisting with food preparation and setup in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys early starts and working in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based coffees

Assist with food prep, sandwich making, and display setup

Open and set up the bakery for early morning trade

Serve customers with a friendly and efficient attitude

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Key Skills & Attributes:

Barista experience with good coffee knowledge

Comfortable with early morning shifts

Food prep or kitchen experience preferred

Great communication and teamwork

Fast, organised, and proactive
