HR Advisor/HR Coordinator (Part-Time)

Position Type: Part-Time (days & hours to be negotiated)
Queenstown Cleaners/Wanaclean, a leading commercial cleaning company in Otago Region, is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Advisor/Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with a background in HR, especially in recruitment, contracts law, and health and safety within the cleaning or trade industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration for employees and contractors.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand’s OSH standards and coordinate health and safety processes.
- Relevant experience in HR, ideally in a small business or trade environment.
- In-depth knowledge of New Zealand employment law and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- HR qualifications (preferred).
