Cantwell Joinery is a well-established joinery and Aluminium fabrication business based in Blenheim. We’re looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join our friendly, down-to-earth team.

We have a pipeline of residential and commercial projects and are after someone who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys being on the tools, and works well as part of a team.

• Fabricating aluminium windows, doors, and related joinery products
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Using fabrication equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working closely with other fabricators and the wider factory team
• Meeting deadlines and contributing to smooth production flow

• Previous experience in aluminium fabrication (essential)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety and quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great team culture

• Familiarity with Altus Systems
• Experience working in a joinery or window/door manufacturing environment
