Loyalty Programme Coordinator (CRM Coordinator)
Are you a highly motivated and passionate individual with a flair for customer engagement and data-driven marketing? We're offering an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our Farmers Club team at the Farmers Support Office.
Reporting to the CRM Programme Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of Farmers Club campaigns through data-driven Marketing.
You will be a confident communicator who is great at managing stakeholder relationships and excited about seeking opportunities to improve customer experience.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the business.
- Coordinate projects by effectively communicating ideas and concepts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality campaign execution through meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Support the analysis and report on campaign performance to inform continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
