Glazier Supervisor - Hamilton - ref. v69469015

We’re working with a well-established glazing company looking to bring on a Glazier Supervisor to lead a team based in Hamilton.

This is a hands-on role leading a crew of four glaziers, with a strong focus on frameless glass work. You’ll be running jobs on-site, supporting the team, keeping things moving, and ensuring everything’s completed to a high standard — safely, professionally, and on time.

• Supervising day-to-day site work across residential and light commercial jobs
• Installing frameless glass systems — balustrades, showers, pool fencing, partitions
• Retrofit glazing and occasional custom installs
• Reading plans and drawings, taking site measurements
• Communicating with builders, clients, and the office team
• Managing site health and safety — toolbox talks, site checks, reporting
• Using a phone/tablet/laptop for job sheets and site management

• A qualified glazier with strong frameless experience
• Confident with retrofit work and running a tidy, efficient site
• Someone who can lead a small team, motivate others, and take responsibility
• Good communicator — clear, respectful, and reliable on-site
• Health and safety focused
• Comfortable with basic tech (emails, timesheets, job apps)
• Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
