Massage Therapist

Seeking experienced Massage Therapists who will provide a high quality of therapeutic massage, Thai Massage therapies and Day Spa treatments. Bai Pho Thai Massage & Spa is a well-known spa in Greenlane. You will be joining a dedicated team providing premium levels of health, wellness and relaxation who are committed to delivering the best guest experiences.

There is potential to earn overtime. We offer ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

1. Provide various massage and body treatments, including Thai traditional massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, facial massage, body scrubs and wraps, and foot massage.
2. Ensure spa presentation and cleanliness meet spa standards, raising any issues to the manager.
3. Ensure all treatments meet the spa standards, providing care and attention to detail.
4. Conduct consultations with guests regarding their health conditions and treatment needs.
5. Recommend suitable spa treatments or products to support guests’ requirements.
6. Ensure treatment rooms meet the spa’s hygiene and safety standards.
7. Regularly check and maintain spa equipment to ensure optimal condition.
8. Build and maintain relationships with guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
9. Promote spa products and treatment packages for guests to enhance customer loyalty.
10. Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
11. Work with spa team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
12. Participate in training and development to improve skills and service quality.
13. Administer uniformity in treatment skills and standards.
14. Stay updated with new treatments, promotions, spa products, and ingredients.
15. Clean up at the end of each shift and after each client.
16. Maintain stock control levels and minimize product wastage by knowing the exact amounts for each regime.
17. Ensure supplies of linen are maintained in the spa and appropriately stored.
18. Perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by the manager.

• Hold a professional qualification in massage therapy, spa therapy, or a related field.
• Additional training or certification in Thai wellness therapies is preferred.
• Excellent massage and therapy skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a health and well-being environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a high-end spa or similar environment.
• Proficient in a wide range of massage techniques and wellness therapies.

• Passionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.

• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and physical exertion.
