Administrator – Part Time 35 Hours p/w
Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our team. This role provides administrative support across several companies operating within the construction related industry and offers a diverse range of responsibilities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business, has excellent organisational skills, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have experience with:
- Xero
- Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- WorkflowMax
The Role
This is a permanent position 35 hours per week based in Papamoa, we can offer some flexibility on start/finish times.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Managing emails, documents, records, and filing systems
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and data entry
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and business documents
- Coordinating schedules and supporting project administration activities
- Assisting multiple businesses and team members with day-to-day operational requirements
- Experience of Xero, Microsoft Excel and WorkflowMax
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and effectively manage your workload
- Professional, approachable, and an excellent communicator
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
