Flood Roofing is a Metal Profile Roofing business in Kerikeri.We work all over the beautiful Bay of Islands carrying out Re-Roofs, New Build Roofing, Gutters and Building big Pole Sheds, a lot of our work is a mix of Roofing and Building which provides you a fantastic opportunity to really use your brain and challenge yourself.
We aim to be the best in the business, providing exceptional customer service, the highest quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions to our clients Roofing needs.Business has really taken off! We have a brand-new yard in Kerikeri, a bunch of legends on the tools and have hired an absolute weapon of an Office Manager, so, now we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help strengthen our team and achieve our company goals.

- Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team.
- Quality Assurance Checks and Accountability Reporting in a positive efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and quality.
- Responsible for managing all projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, budget and to the highest level of quality.
- Overall customer relations.
- Scheduling of tradesmen and jobs.
- Drive the culture of the business.
- Health & Safety responsibilities.
- Assist in fine tuning our current systems.
- Reporting on Labour Utilization, KPI’s, Job Costing and Customer Satisfactory Scores.
- Assist with Site Measuring and Job Quoting if needed.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, KPI’s and auditing.
- Vast Operations experience in the Roofing or Building Trades.
- Organised with an eye for detail.
- Fun and extroverted personality with great people skills.
- Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet.
- Strong communication skills.
- Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
- Experience with Residential construction within the Trades.
If you don’t have the Operations experience, then don’t stress… you may be a very experienced Roofer, and this could be your first operations manager job!
