Pascoes the Jewellers, a family-owned company with a proud history in the jewellery industry since 1906, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our Sylvia Park store in New Zealand. The Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Pascoes Jewellers, you will be an integral part of our Sylvia Park store team, collaborating to provide outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively communicating with customers and embodying our company's values and culture
- Contributing to the success of the team with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Learning and mastering product knowledge, with complete training provided
- Assisting in merchandising, displaying, and handling jewellery and watches with care and attention to detail
- Supporting your fellow team members in reaching their goals and promoting a strong team spirit
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, possesses a confident and enthusiastic demeanor, and takes pride in their appearance and communication skills. Other qualities we seek include:
- A strong customer service focus and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- While experience in the jewellery industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from various backgrounds as full training will be provided
- Must be fully available from Thursday to Sunday including late nights
