• About the Role

• This is a hands on leadership role in a fast paced freezer environment where you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, leading your team, and ensuring all products are handled safely, accurately, and on time.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and coordinating the night shift warehouse team
• Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed on time
• Operating a Reach Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading containers and trucks to schedule
• Ensuring accurate documentation and inventory handling
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
• Monitoring performance, timelines, and workflow efficiency

• Previous experience in a stores or warehousing leadership role
• Reach Forklift experience is essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment
• A practical, hands on and team focused approach
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:30am with occasional Sunday as overtime.
