Embroidery & Garment Decoration — Front of House
We're a busy Auckland garment decoration business — embroidery, screen printing, and digital heat transfer — and we're looking for someone who knows their stuff and can own the customer experience from first enquiry through to delivery.
This isn't a narrow role. You'll be the face of the business, handling quotes, managing customer expectations, and jumping into production when it's needed. If you thrive when no two days look the same, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
Taking enquiries, building quotes, and following up — across embroidery, screen printing, and heat transferWorking in Wilcom to assess digitising requirements and provide accurate pricing
Liaising with customers through the job lifecycle — artwork approvals, sampling, delivery
Supporting production runs across all decoration methods when the floor needs hands
Managing artwork files and job specifications with accuracy and attention to detail
Building lasting relationships with commercial and trade clients
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience in the garment decoration or branded apparel industryWorking knowledge of Wilcom embroidery software — the more the better
Familiarity with screen printing and/or digital heat transfer processes
A confident communicator who can handle a busy inbox and a ringing phone without dropping the ball
Someone who takes ownership — you notice what needs doing and you do it
