Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding and professional retail service in line with NZ Uniforms’ retail sales plan.
• Maintain NZ Uniforms merchandising standards, including stock display, visual merchandising, replenishing shop floor stock, pricing, barcoding, and checking/counting new stock received.
• Follow all standard retail operating procedures to ensure stock accuracy, correct shop takings, proper processing of gift cards and Uniform Club transactions, and efficient recording/actioning of customer orders.
• Participate in stocktakes as directed by the shop manager
• Process and dispatch online retail orders promptly.
• Provide quotes and process orders for walk-in wholesale customers.
• Undertake other retail-related duties as required.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work some weekends or attend off-site events as required.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
