- Interpret shop drawings and run installs independently.

- 5+ years' experience in high-end residential joinery.
- Proven craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage installs with minimal supervision.
- Advantageous: CNC/edgebander exposure, Cabmaster/Microvellum knowledge, leadership experience.
- Prestige: Work on luxury projects valued $100k-$500k.
