The role:
This one's for the Senior Civil Engineer who's ready to step up. A genuine leadership opportunity, not just in title, where you'll help shape the NZ arm of a global consultancy that's been delivering iconic projects around the world for nearly 50 years.
You'll work directly alongside the NZ Director, taking the lead on civil projects while building out a team around you. It's hands-on to start (you'll still be designing), but the goal is clear: build something sustainable, grow the team, and step back from the day-to-day as things scale.
There's already strong momentum, especially out of Australia, with bigger infrastructure work starting to land, alongside a solid pipeline of commercial, industrial and residential developments.

About you:
You're a solid operator. You've been leading projects, mentoring juniors, and probably wondering when someone's going to give you a crack at a real leadership gig. You know civil design inside and out, ideally in the Auckland market (but NZ-wide experience works too), and you've got around 7+ years under your belt.
Biggest thing? You know your stuff and people trust you. You're good in front of clients, better with your team, and ready to make your mark.
