Experienced Wood-Fired Pizza Chef Wanted – Join Our Exciting New Venture!

Three Wise Birds Garden Bar is looking for an experienced Wood-Fired Pizza Chef to help launch an exciting new chapter in our food offering.

We've built a reputation as a relaxed and welcoming garden bar, and we're thrilled to be introducing authentic wood-fired pizzas for the first time. We're looking for someone who is passionate about pizza, experienced with wood-fired ovens, and excited to help shape this new part of our business from the ground up.

About the Role

Prepare and cook high-quality wood-fired pizzas
Assist with menu development and recipe creation
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Manage dough preparation and ingredient control
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met

Work closely with our team to create a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

Proven experience cooking with a wood-fired pizza oven
Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza-making techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and excellent time management

A passion for great food and hospitality
