This is a Casual Position on "as and when" required basis. You must be able to work in Weekends.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with food preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage rosters, allocate tasks, and support staff training and development.

He korero mou / About you:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory or hospitality role.
• A team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently when needed.
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) preferred.
