About Us: Elite Adventures is a premier tour company based in Rotorua, specialising in half-day and full-day geothermal and cultural tours. We take pride inshowcasing the natural wonders of Wai-O-Tapu, Waimangu, Te Puia, and the
surrounding lakes, providing unforgettable experiences for our guests/ manuhiri
Role and Responsibilities: As a Tour Guide with Elite Adventures, you will:- Lead engaging and informative tours, sharing insights about NZ and the region's
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests throughout the tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for each
- Collaborate effectively with the team to continuously improve tour offerings and
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a positive
attitude.
Qualifications:- A background and genuine interest in New Zealand's natural/ cultural heritage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in tourism, guiding or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid New Zealand driver's license essential and Passenger (P) licence is
- Tertiary and First Aid certification is a bonus but not required.
