Production Supervisor

We are on the search for a super organised Production Supervisor for the Seed Room based at our plant nursery facility in Belfast, Christchurch.

You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily scheduling and workflow of production operations, ensuring that materials, labour and tasks align with targets and quality expectations. You'll work closely with the Seeding Department Manager and team members to coordinate resources and drive efficient production.

As a confident leader, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising a small team of 6 production workers and machine operators
• Developing, amending and maintaining daily production schedules
• Monitoring workflows on the production lines
• Problem solving to minimise stoppages and to maximise output
• Inventory control
• Ensuring product quality standards are met
• Motivating and coaching your team to achieve company goals

You will need to have basic Excel skills.
