About the role
You'll support concept-to-construction design across a wide mix of structural projects — think architecturally led homes, portal-frame industrial buildings, heritage strengthening, commercial builds, and seismic retrofit work. You'll get direct access to senior engineers, regular design discussion, and the kind of responsibility that accelerates your development without throwing you in the deep end.

- 2-4 years' structural engineering experience (give or take)
- Solid grounding in NZ design standards and materials
- Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Actual hands-on design and delivery experience
