An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Clinical Psychologist and join our passionate Rotorua Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. The role will be based in Rotorua in Te Aka Mauri/Children's Health Hub.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Psychologists with an interest in and experience in working in a clinical setting, to join our multi-disciplinary teams- To facilitate the delivery of effective clinical services ensuring quality patient care and a safe patient journey across the care continuum.
- To provide community mental health care based on current best practice and collaborative working within the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure all inter-disciplinary referrals within the team will be performed with consent from whaiora and their whanau (where applicable).
- Work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations.

About you- Current registration, or be eligible for registration, with a NZ professional body
- Current full clean NZ drivers licence
- Meet requirements for the children's worker safety checks
- Ability to connect and build trusting relationships with a wide range of people from the community. It is preferred that the successful candidate has strong assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and with other clinicians in our skilled multi-disciplinary team.
- Full registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board
- Masters Degree (Clinical Psychology) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) preferred
