Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | about the role We are seeking two Regional Training Managers (RTMs) to join our team on a casual basis from August to December 2025. These roles will play a vital part in preparing our workforce for upcoming operational activities by developing and delivering high-quality training.
Key Responsibilities Develop face-to-face training materials to support readiness activities. Design an assurance approach to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery. Prepare and deliver training sessions ensuring all participants are equipped for operational success.
You will work closely with training staff, subject matter experts, and when required, regional leadership teams to ensure our people have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent service. The pay rate for this role is: $41.66 plus 8% holiday pay Mōhou ake | About you You must have previous election experience and experience designing and delivering training packages.
We are seeking candidates who have: Proven experience in designing and delivering training, ideally in a large-scale or operational environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple training sessions.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on engaging diverse audiences. Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements. A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
