The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing team at our Dunedin branch. This is a leadership-level technical role where you’ll design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems for our clients. You’ll also act as a final escalation point for technical issues, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning.

• Lead the design and delivery of advanced IT infrastructure solutions (cloud, server, network).
• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents.
• Deliver technical projects including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, and work alongside our existing Level 3 engineers.
• Conduct proactive system audits and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor IT solutions accordingly.

• Proven experience in a senior technical role within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and server infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and project delivery skills.
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication abilities.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
